How to setup Scheduled Restarts with Steam Update checks

This article will explain how-to setup scheduled restarts with automatic checks for steam updates.

N.B. the game server seems to suffer from memory leaks and we strongly advice to set the server to restart at least every 6 hours to prevent excessive RAM usage which will cause lag.
  1. Go to "Scheduled Tasks" on the control panel
  2. Click "New"
  3. Select the task "Steam Update"
  4. Name the task, add notes if desired and make sure it is enabled
  5. Configure how often you want the task to run and click save

In the example below the server is set to restart every 6 hours for all 24 hours of the day
